How will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped via our delivery partner from our NSW based warehouse.  At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the campus you would like your order delivered to.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be placed by Alinta shortly after the cut off dates.  You will receive a notification from us once your order has arrived at your selected campus. Lead times vary per product.

Can I get a refund or exchange on my items?

All products are made to order. Refunds and exchanges are NOT available unless there is a manufacturing fault.
